Serve Team Application (Volunteers)

Thank you for your interest in joining our Serve team, we're excited to have you on board!

There are a few easy steps to complete as part of our volunteer onboarding process, which begins when you click "register".

1: Register and complete the Serve Team Application Form. You will be asked to complete the form after submitting your basic registration information - look for the 'Additional Forms' on the page and click 'View'. No worries if you miss it, as an email will also be sent to you with the link to fill out the form.

2: All volunteers must complete a criminal records check, regardless of ministry. This is done online and at no cost to you.

3: If you are not yet a registered member of Revive City Church, you will be asked to complete the membership class and fill in a membership form as part of your onboarding. We require that all volunteers be registered members to ensure we all agree to the same statement of faith and code of conduct.

4: You will be connected to the leader of the ministry you wish to serve in to discuss how you will best fit into the team.
